This is coming out of our shop as a complete working unit.  Shop closed due to covid.  Fully functional without any issues.  I am pretty sure the owner's manual that is with it is a photocopy.  Also, we had a giant remote system set up on all of the AV units we had at the shop, so there is some residue on the infrared sensor of this netgear unit (see photo).
