General Terms:
- Contact from the Buyer is expected within three (3) days of auction ending and payment is expected within seven (7) working days.
- We are not liable for any losses and/or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout or errors made by Buyer.
- We always endeavour to accurately describe the items listed but it is the Buyer's ultimate responsibility to check and confirm the listing details prior to bidding.
- Positive feedback will be left after the transaction is completed and within 24 hours of receiving your feedback.
- We obey all eBay rules and policies.
- A re-delivery fee will be charged to Buyers for any item that is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery caused by Buyer error/ommission.

Shipping & Handling Policy:
- We use Australia Post for all/most shipping/postage. Larger items alternatively may be sent via Austalian Air Express ot TNT Couriers.
- We provide a unique tracking number for each parcel to all Buyers. Buyers are thus able to track their article online.
- Postage charges include: processing, packing, handling plus actual postage/courier cost.
- Combined Postage is available. (Please message the Seller for a combined postage quote).
- Postal Insurance and/or Registered Post is also available upon request.
- We always ship to the address which you provided during your checkout process on eBay. Please make sure your eBay checkout address is the same as your shipping address.
- We ship in one (1) business day following payment clearance.
- If there are any delays in shipping/postage, either by short stock or any other matter, the Buyer will be immediately notified by the Seller and purchase will be discussed and handled accordingly, directly with the Buyer.
- We are not responsible for postage/shipping time delays which may be caused by Australia Post or our courier services, nor for the time it may take the Buyer to pick up their item from the local Post Office or other safe drop-off point designated by the courier company if it has been re-directed there.
- Items will not be posted/shipped until full cleared payment is received.
- We consider Date of Payment as the Sale Date.
International Buyers Note:
1) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.
2) Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We will ship to the address you entered during eBay checkout process, and NOT to any address in your PayPal account.
Items can be combined into one invoice but the total shipping fee will be the sum of each item's shipping & handling charge.

- We always reply to messages within 2 business days. If you do not see a response from us, then please check your junk or spam mailbox.
- For any returns please contact us (within 14 days of your successful bid) to receive a "Returns Authorisation" (RMA number) and also to get the return address.
- Returns without a clearly displayed RMA number will not be accepted.
- Any item to be returned must be in it's original condition as shipped and within 14 days from the auction close date.
- Your original shipping fee and your return costs will not be refunded nor reimbursed under any circumstances. The one exception is when the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online by us or you were shipped a different product to that which you ordered.
