Bought and stored as new by a collector, but stored in a humid basement in the northeast U.S.A. so you have page fading as well as some dirt/moisture damage on the sides. It's very slight in both cases. Other than that, absolutely no writing, no marks, no tears, no rips, no creases. Binding is tight. Good book.
