This is a TIN FOIL WRAPPER from the Licor 43 (a Spanish  Liqueur) chocolate liqueur bottle from an Anthon Berg Christmas Advent Calendar.

The foil is quite delicate and was difficult to unwrap and is therefore a little worn.
