How does it work?
• Insert a SIM card of any other network into the device
• Connect to a WiFi device with your PC/IPAD/IPHONE/Device (make sure it's not connected to your home wifi)
• Browse any website and you will be redirected to 192.168.1.1 or manually type 192.168.1.1 into browser address and hit search
• Password is: admin
• Go to connections tab
• When prompted to input the unlock code, use the code and get it unlocked.
How to find the IMEI number?
The 15/16 digits number is printed on your mobile WiFi
We will not be responsible for incorrect unlock code if the accurate IMEI is not provided as mentioned in your device. Every unlock code is unique for each IMEI number. Please double check your IMEI number before submitting your order. No refunds will be given for incorrect IMEI number.
> WORKING HOURS: 10am till 8pm (we can generate the code instantly during these opening hours). Request submitted outside these hours will be processed the next working day. Sometimes the unlocking server is under maintenance and delivering of unlocking codes instantly would be beyond and over the timescale mentioned.

Unlocking codes that are provided are generated automatically from the unlocking server based on the IMEI and Model Number provided. If however the unlocking code does not work or is saying Invalid Code, we will refund you money back provided you can provide us with a video proof of the IMEI and the Error while you are inserting the unlock code provided.
If you are not able to provide video footage or the error we will not be able to refund your order. Please provide the right IMEI and the Model Number so that we provide you with the correct unlocking code.

As this order does not require any postage of any physical goods we will mark the order as dispatch as soon as we receive the order and once the unlock code is generated we will send you the code via ebay message.
