Key to the City of LOS ANGELES rare vintage old BRASS 9" Olympic Stadium RAMS
Rare Key to Los Angeles that measures 9 inches long and appears to be made of brass. 100% metal and heavy! Key shows heavy patina, and had an eyelet at the top that is broken. Likely was given out ceremonially to a public figure or celebrity, but the exact history is unknown. Made in Japan (as were many items post World War 2 as the U.S. occupied the country, and needed them to find other manufacturing outside of war items to help keep their economy from crashing) and has the Olympic Stadium on one side and the "new" City Hall on the other (completed in 1928). There are some oranges near the base (back when LA used to produce a lot of oranges!) and great detail you will love to show off.
