Photograph Notes: There is some redevelopment work occurring adjacent to the Tower of London, as is evidenced by the crane. The tower blocks in the distance are buildings on the riverside walk, and so I don't think they have anything to do with the redevelopment. I'm unsure of the exact subject location - the Thames flows behind the tower blocks in the distance, but I'm unsure of their exact location on the North Bank.
