Here at MadMopeds we don't just sell spares. We use these on our own bikes plus our customers machines so we know that we can sell all our parts with confidence!

This will fit your Suzuki Bandit 650 and 1250 from 2005 onwards both air and liquid cooled and can also replace the OEM tap that is vacuum controlled with a lever on the front.

This is a brand new reproduced Vacuum fuel tap with rubber seal. It has no lever on the front and totally works on the vacuum only.

Note that my tap has the fuel outlet facing inboard and the vacuum port facing rearward so make sure that you have enough pipe or are happy to replace it with new.

The casting of my taps is superb and they are all checked before dispatch.

Please take a good look at the pictures of our taps and see if you can find better castings elsewhere!

Don't mess about trying to reseal your old original fuel tap. We've tried all that and it just doesn't last, usually because the castings are all bunged up inside and really need to be ultrasonically cleaned.

Also the seal kits are expensive too.

Apart from that it's not worth wasting time even trying to fix them when you can buy something like this from us!

OK so this tap not original Suzuki but it is a much cheaper alternative than trying to get an original one.

Our taps are as good as you are going to buy, I've searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the best!

To date, we have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer.

Fitting this will eradicate all the usual problems of old taps not working and fuel not flowing or leaking taps.

Technical specifications:

These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!... and binned them!

This will be a direct fit on your bike but you must change the routing of the pipes.

* Mounting Hole diameter is 6.5mm for your 6mm bolts

* Connection to fuel line: 8mm outside diameter to suit 7 to 8mm internal diameter fuel pipe.

* Vacuum connection outside diameter 5.3mm to suit 5mm internal diameter vacuum pipe.

We recommend that you renew your old fuel pipe and we also sell excellent quality heavy wall thickness E5 and E10 resistant pipe should you decide to change it.

Our aps are obviously supplied with a tank seal too.

We sell spare tank seals should you need to repaint your tank or wash it out etc
