Here's a 1961 Nu-Card Scoops card featuring Joe Adcock. The card in the scans is the exact card you will receive. Grading is subjective, so please view the scans using the eBay Zoom feature and use your own judgement. 

It has no creases. There appears to be a very fine scratch on the back in the word SCOOPS.
