The dress has cap sleeves and ties in the back. It has a stretchy bodice

with "SPARKLE" on the front in black sparkle letters. The skirt has a light 

pink tulle skirt over a light pink stretch under layer like the bodice. The tulle layer 

has two small holes near the bottom. See picture.
