Gasbox Bolt-On custom Oil Tank rigid Harley frames 1936-57 Knucklehead Panhead

This custom Bolt-On Oil Tank is designed for use on rigid Harley-Davidson Big Twin frames (Knucklehead, Panhead etc) from 1936-1957, or reproductions of the factory rigid frames. Includes clamps for mounting the tank to the upper frame rail and a combination lower bracket and clutch cable mount. The clutch cable mount allows the use of a later 4 speed short clutch release arm and includes a clamp for a YTX5L-BS kick start battery. Oil line fittings are 1/8" NPT and this tank is designed to accept a Harley-Davidson OEM-style filler plug, part 62625-36A. This oil tank comes in raw steel, oiled. Made in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. OEM style reproductions are also available as a CAD Plated 62625-36A Filler Cap. NOTE: This oil tank will not work with rotary top 4 speed transmissions.
