LISTING DESCRIPTION:

Each listing should contain all of the information a buyer needs to make an informed decision about purchasing an item from us.

ITEM CONDITION:

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to listing and prior to shipping.
Any flaws are clearly stated, with images where necessary.
If an item has sustained damage during storage, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible.
We will never knowingly dispatch an item that is not "as described" in the item listing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully read the listing description.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Standard processing time for orders is five Business Days (Monday to Friday).
This allows time for;
1. The buyer to amend their order.
2. The item(s) to be retrieved from safe storage.
3. Secure packaging of the item(s) to avoid damage in transit.

POSTAGE:

Stated "Postage" cost refers to Postage AND Packaging.
We expend considerable time, effort and cost ensuring that all items are securely packaged to protect against damage in transit.
We are happy to consider P&P discounts on combined purchases but please contact us for details BEFORE placing your order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

As stated by eBay in all listings, delivery times are estimates only and NOT guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary according to a range of factors beyond our control.
Further to that, all mail carriers and courier services are advising of some disruption and delays as they adapt to the current global situation.
However, if you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please contact us in the first instance and we will be happy to look into any issue on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We STRONGLY advise using a Tracked (Express) service.
If the buyer chooses to use a non-tracked service (Standard or Economy) we can not be held accountable for loss.
Proof of shipping can always be provided but any claim for loss must be pursued by the buyer with their local/national mail carrier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND FEES:

The buyer is solely responsible for any customs charges or fees levied on their order by their National Customs Authorities.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local Customs Authorities for any potential charges before placing their order with us.
If the buyer chooses to reject delivery of their order, any refund authorised by us will only amount to the item price, minus any fees charged to us to accept return of the item(s).

OFFERS:

All items are priced according to age, rarity and condition.
Any offers of less than 50% of the "Buy it Now" price will be declined.
All items have been offset against their purchase cost and we are happy to wait for a buyer who appreciates the quality of each piece.
If a buyer can find the exact same item, in the exact same condition for less, please feel free to purchase elsewhere.
Buyers who repeatedly make "low ball" offers on our items, will be blocked from making offers and restricted to our "Buy it Now" pricing.

RETURNS:

Buyers are covered by the eBay Guarantee.
If the item is not "as described", we will happily issue a refund on receipt of the returned item.
Where the item is clearly "as described", our acceptance of any return request is entirely at our discretion.
If approved, refunds for items that are clearly "as described" will only amount to the item price.
"Postage" cost and the cost to the buyer of return postage will not be refunded.
It is the buyer's responsibility to securely-package the item to mitigate the risk of damage during the return procedure.
Refunds will not be issued where the buyer has failed to do so.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of the buyer placing an order.
Where the item is clearly "as described", our acceptance of cancellation requests are entirely at our discretion.
It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly read the listing description before placing their order.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

In the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged, please provide us with the following;
1. Exact details of the damage.
2. Images of the damaged item.
3. Images of the internal and external packaging.
Returns/Refunds will not be approved without the above.

PAYMENT:

Payment should be made immediately.
Items are listed across multiple platforms, both online and offline.
Any delay in payment may result in the item selling elsewhere, and your order being cancelled.
If payment has not been received within 24 hours of the order date, the order may be cancelled, and the item relisted for sale.
However, we will always issue at least one payment reminder before cancelling any order.
