A wonderful late 19th century piece of Welsh folk art

A hanging oak frame with some type of stone/plaster plaque hand painted to resemble marble, set in relief with a large cow and smartly dressed gent.

Original handwritten label to the reverse (in Welsh), which roughly translates to “fat cow with owner, made by Trevor”.

Excellent condition.
