Highly Collectible Vintage Solid Brown Hard Shell Suitcase from the 1940-50’s.

Vintage 1940-50’s small to medium size carry-on faux-leather suitcase with top rounded stitched edges

The only indication of a brand/manufacturer is a tiny logo, an airplane in flight (with contrails), on the front clasp.

Case measures approx 11” tall x 16” wide.

Hard plastic handle, reddish-brown faux-leather exterior

It has two push button clasp / locks that work (no key).

Gold color canvas interior; interior lid has one buckle strap; three inch portion of lining lifting from the frame edge

Condition: Oxidized/tarnished metal trim and locks;

The inside is clean although the liner is coming away just a bit from the edges on top lid; minor watermarks around lining;

The stitching is very good, one stitched area is lifting on exterior

Overall, good vintage condition with a few dings and scuffs that you would expect from travel use.
