This square card is made from white textured linen card [300gsm] and measures 6" x 6" [15cm x 15cm] with a plain white insert.

Supplied with a white gummed envelope  and packed in a cello bag

Posted in a hard-backed envelope

HOW TO PERSONALISE

Enter the name / date as well as the relative  'Own choice' selected in the personalisation box on the listing 

or

1.       At checkout select "Message to seller"

2.       Please give the name / date and the relative if 'Own choice' selected .

3.       *please remember to press 'ADD' AFTER typing your message or the details will be not be attached to your order

·         PLEASE DO NOT PRINT NAMES IN CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY - write as you want them printed

Please double check all spellings and wording contained in your message is correct before sending as I can only add what you have given me.

The wording design/layout is fixed [see example listing picture] - the only changes that can be made are the name and message at the bottom.

All wording will be in the font format shown.

If I have not received the personalisation details needed to complete your order, I will attempt to contact you through eBay messages.

POSTAGE

I aim to get your card out to you as soon as possible after I have received cleared payment and I have all the personalisation details needed to complete your order.

Please note that the estimated delivery dates displayed on the listing are from Royal Mail which are NOT guaranteed and can take longer, especially during peak times or during postal disruption due to adverse weather conditions or postal strikes

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I hope you will be very happy with your order but if you have a problem with your order please contact me straight away through eBay messages - preferably before leaving feedback or opening a case

As a personalised made to order item I don't accept returns.

If the personalisation is incorrect and the mistake was on my part, I will of course send out a replacement or offer you a full refund.

Refunds or replacements will not be offered if the mistake was by the customer.
