Payment
We accept PayPal payment only.
Payment must be received within 4 days since you won the item, or eBay will launch an Unpaid Reminder.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
Shipping
Please note that we only ship to PayPal confirm address. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and phone number on the checkout page before payment. Please keep the consistency between your PayPal address and eBay addresses.

Returns
* We offer a 30 days return guarantee on all our products. If you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 14 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to exchange or refund the item upon our receipt of the return parcel.
* To qualify for this order, it's important to follow the guidelines below:
A. Please send us an eBay message first before you open a return request. Let us know your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
B. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number, a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
C. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.
D. Please ensure product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and/or our ability to provide further service.
E. It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number or post receipt, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
F. Refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned parcel. Please allow 3 working days for us to process with your return.
