This Used Appleton Model S550 would be good for parts or would need a complete restoration.

The wiring is frayed and needs to be replaced.

 There is some pitting on the arm and the bezel.

 The chrome is pealing on the bucket and bezel.

The twist handle is missing. 

The bulb is good with a nice reflective surface. 

The plastic pieces are nice but a bit dirty. 
The number on the mounting bracket appears to be L-653.
