Returns are accepted
We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is the make you a satisfied customer. We understand that in some cases you may wish to return the item for a refund.
- Your payment must have been received by its due date (3 days after purchase)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the auction ending
- Buyer will need to arrange return shipping & shipping and insurance costs are not refundable
- Returned items must be in the original condition with all packaging and contents, not used or altered
- Customers must request a return authorisation prior to returning
- Upon receipt the item will be inspected by us to ensure everything is in order before the refund is processed.
