Size classification and measurements in this chart are from armpit to armpit for chest and around the chest. (measurements from the front Multiplied by 2 for example a 22 inch front chest measurements is 44 inch chest and falls in large size category). Please ignore all other size tags on shirts, shalwar or measurements written or marked anywhere in the packaging as the measurements in description are the accurate measurements.

Any measurements that fall in between the above sizes could be either size depending on the styles, fit, category and classification. For example a 35 inch shirt could be a XS or S depending on the above.

All our dresses are listed according to the above size chart. Please allow a margin of ‪1/4 to 1/2‬ inch (+-)  in size measurements as some dresses are stretchy and others are not.

Dress condition and Grading

Grade A

a brand new unused dress with or without tags in a brand new condition.

Grade B

a slightly used dress or an unused ex display dress being sold as used. Ex display dresses are used in shops for display on a dress dummy and may show some signs of wear and marks or bobbling, and are in good condition. Grade B used dresses are customer returns due to incorrect size or other reasons, may show signs that may indicate the dress may be previously worn, both type of dresses are in good condition and some may look like new but are not brand new, these are being sold as used as per condition of the dress and priced accordingly.

Grade C

Grade C dresses are used dresses in condition which shows clear signs of use and wear, some dresses in this category are expensive dresses not worn by ladies due to not fitting anymore, these dresses are very good items especially for one off use like in a Bollywood night or wedding party or the embroidery and designs to be cut out and used in a project or to enhance another dress or for wearing for general housework like gardening or household cleaning. Condition of these dresses will be satisfactory and are priced accordingly. All Grade C dresses are washed before being offered for sale and customers are also advised to wash before use.

Grade D

these dresses have visible damage, these can be of any of the above Grading and in used or new condition and will be priced accordingly. NOT All Grade D dresses are washed before being offered for sale and customers are also advised to CHECK CONDITION before use and wash if necessary as some dresses may be used and some new Grade A or some Grade B or C damaged.

Returns Policy

Buy with confidence and peace of mind as All brand new items with or without tags can be returned subject to buyer paying return postage, in the original, unused and same condition as dispatched by us, the items MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 working days of items delivered to the buyer.

ITEMS WILL STRICTLY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS IF THE ABOVE TIMEFRAME IS NOT MET FOR RETURNS.

ITEMS SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR MORE THAN THE NORMAL TRYING AND TESTING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

We take great care in sending our goods out on time and in great condition and spend a lot of time in preparing and handling orders for despatch, so there is a small restock charge to cover these costs if you wish to return.

If you wish to return items for any reason, Refunds are subject to 30% restock charge which will apply to full cost of the item including postage, only the item cost will be refunded less the original postage and restock charge after we having received the returns in accordance with our returns policy, refunds will be issued usually within 3-5 working days of receiving the items.

No returns accepted for items sold as used or with defects.

In all cases of returns of items, the buyer will initially return items at their own expense according to our returns policy and provide invoice/evidence of shipping items to us.

NO RESTOCK CHARGES for bought items not yet dispatched, Buyers can swap a bought item which is not yet dispatched, to any other listed item subject to availability, without incurring any restock charges BEFORE the item is dispatched by us, we normally dispatch same day, next working day by 10AM or within a maximum of 3 working days but cannot guarantee exact time and days, however price difference of items and shipping cost will apply if there is any.

Restock charges drop to 10% if buyer chooses to swap a delivered item to another listed item subject to availability and buyer paying return and redispatch postage cost, pay any difference in item price, shipping and after we having received the returns in accordance with our returns policy, within 2-3 working days of items delivered to buyer.

Most of our used items are new and unused this is reflected in photos and all used items are priced according to item condition, we sell these as used items to clear seasonal and excessive stock to clear space for new stock.

Although used items are in very good condition but please note USED ITEMS may have some slight marks, apparently not visible marks for example inside shirt or on areas of shirt, shalwar/trouser or dupatta covered by the shirt, bobble/fuzzball, scuffs and signs that items may be used BUT NOTHING MAJOR TO INDICATE DEFECTIVE, items with slightest of defects will be described in detail and sold as with defects in description, for items sold as with defects or used please do not expect a brand new item.

We normally dispatch within 3 working days of receiving clear payments. In some rare cases some items may take longer than the stated dispatch time in which case we will endeavour to update customers as soon as we possibly can.

Items will be dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or Hermes tracked or equivalent service depending on size, weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Please note asian dresses have lots of technical details about size, styles, materials, origin and more which can not all be provided in the description due to limited listing space, so please ask us any further details and we will do our best to provide these details within 48 hours or 2 working days, some information can only be obtained from the suppliers so it may take a little longer in such cases we will update the customers as soon as possible.

Please note some dresses are advertised on other platforms and on some very rare occasions , may not be available for sale even after placing your order, due to being sold out, in which case we will offer a replacement or refund.
