(measurements from the front Multiplied by 2 for example a 22 inch front chest measurements is 44 inch chest and falls in large size category). Please ignore all other size tags on shirts, shalwar or measurements written or marked anywhere in the packaging as the measurements in description are the accurate measurements.

Returns Policy

Buy with confidence and peace of mind as All brand new items with or without tags can be returned subject to buyer paying return postage, in the original, unused and same condition as dispatched by us, within 2-3 days of items delivered to the buyer.

Please contact us for any issues before sending items back to us.

We take great care in sending our goods out on time and in great condition and spend a lot of time in preparing and handling orders for despatch, so there is a small restock charge to cover these costs if you wish to return.

If you wish to return items for any reason, Refunds are subject to 30% restock charge which will apply to full cost of the item including postage, only the item cost will be refunded less the original postage and restock charge after we having received the returns in accordance with our returns policy, refunds will be issued usually within 3-5 working days of receiving the items.

No returns accepted for items sold as used or with defects.

In any case of returns of items, the buyer will initially return items at their own expense according to our returns policy and provide invoice/evidence of shipping items to us.

NO RESTOCK CHARGES for bought items not yet dispatched, Buyers can swap a bought item which is not yet dispatched, to any other listed item subject to availability, without incurring any restock charges BEFORE the item is dispatched by us, we normally dispatch same day, next working day by 10AM or within a maximum of 3 working days but cannot guarantee exact time and days, however price difference of items and shipping cost will apply if there is any.

Shipping Terms and Delivery

We normally dispatch within 3 working days of receiving clear payments. In some rare cases some items may take longer than the stated dispatch time in which case we will endeavour to update customers as soon as we possibly can.

Restock charges drop to 10% if buyer chooses to swap a delivered item to another listed item subject to availability and buyer paying return and redispatch postage cost, pay any difference in item price, shipping and after we having received the returns in accordance with our returns policy, within 2-3 working days of items delivered to buyer.

Most of our used items are new and unused this is reflected in photos and all used items are priced according to item condition, we sell these as used items to clear seasonal and excessive stock to clear space for new stock.

Although used items are in very good condition but please note USED ITEMS may have some slight marks, apparently not visible marks for example inside shirt or on areas of shirt, shalwar/trouser or dupatta covered by the shirt, bobble/fuzzball, scuffs and signs that items may be used BUT NOTHING MAJOR TO INDICATE DEFECTIVE, items with slightest of defects will be described in detail and sold as with defects in description, for items sold as with defects or used please do not expect a brand new item.

Shipping to UK MAINLAND AND PAYPAL REGISTERED ADDRESS ONLY. Due to eBay returns policy, If you wish your order be shipped to a different address please send a message with full alternative delivery address through PAYPAL during making the payment. In that case please select the option “message to the seller”and provide full alternative shipping address during making the payment. Please note a message sent via eBay to ship to a different address will not be accepted. The message must come through PayPal only and during making the payment for the same purchase. The order will not be shipped to an address different to PayPal registered address unless the above procedure is followed.

If you request to cancel an order due to the above procedure not followed for a different delivery address, then a restock fee of 30% will be charged as per our policy.

International shipping is currently not offered by us however, international buyers who can arrange own shipping are welcome. Please drop us a message for further details.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK IS CONSIDERED AS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Items will be dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or Hermes tracked or equivalent service depending on weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Please also note that the photos are taken on a medium to large size dress dummy and fitted to the dummy using pins.

Please note asian dresses have lots of technical details about size, styles, materials, origin and more which can not all be provided in the description due to limited listing space, so please ask us any further details and we will do our best to provide these details within 48 hours or 2 working days, some information can only be obtained from the suppliers so it may take a little longer in such cases we will update the customers as soon as possible.
