Camaro Gauge Pod Vent 10-15

This 3D printed part replaces vent flap to run a gauge.The pod fits a 52mm or 2 1/16 gauge. This listing is only for the 3D printed part it does not come any gauges. This will work on a 2010-2015 Camaro. I designed this with holes to allow some airflow.This has a smooth front face for a clean look. No cutting or modifications are required for installation.

Installation is simple and requires basic hand tools. The vent is accessed through the fuse panel on the driver side of the dash. You need to remove one bolt on the vent duct to have access to the vent bolts. The vent has three bolts, the one on the passenger side is the most difficult to get at. I used a deep socket.  Once the vent is removed the silver trim on the front of the vent is taken off by prying back a few tabs. Once the silver trim is off the vent flap can be removed. Be careful when removing the vent flap; it has a small spring and pin on the back. Insert my design and put the silver trim back on. Reinstall the vent, vent duct and dash trim.

I designed this with a 52.5mm hole for the gauge. Not all gauges are 52mm be sure to test fit your gauge DO NOT JUST PRESS IT IN. If you feel heavy resistance inserting the gauge, the design will need sanding or you have a gauge larger than 52mm. My gauge pod designs are meant to fit snug so you don't have any rattles or noises. Inexpensive gauges are either larger or smaller than 52mm. If your gauge is loose add a layer of tape until it fits.

Made out of ABS plastic the same material most automotive interior plastic is made of. This is a raw 3D printed part you will see small lines from being made. The part can be sanded and painted and you won't see any lines.
