Free Shipping is provided by USPS First Class Mail delivery. Delivery times vary depending on destination so be aware that First Class Mail delivery may take 3-10 business days for delivery. Products with shipping costs within the US are clearly indicated within the listing shipping policy. Global International Priority (GSP) shipping available to eligible orders in various countries. Fees for International shipping (taxes, duties and any other fees associated with the designated country) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location. All fees associated with Global shipping are  the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day after payment is received. We ship Monday thru Friday and observe all recognized Holidays. Please note, shipping may be delayed due to Holiday observance, area's affected by severe weather, and global events. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay so you may track your order. Please be advised that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after we ship yout item.

Address Errors & Package Handling: 

All orders are shipped to the address listed on the order. We cannot make any changes to the address or route an order to a different address due to eBay's Buyer/Seller Protection Policy. Please review your shipping address at checkout for accuracy as we are not liable for incorrect/invalid addresses.

Due to the nature of intimate wear / underwear, we cannot accept returns for any reason once the order has been placed. This is due to health, safety, and sanitary guidelines. To ensure that your getting top quality products, our manufactures have several stages of quality control. This ensures that garments are inspected, tagged, and ready to be shipped. 

However, we do understand that human error may occur so if we mistakenly send you the wrong color or size, we will gladly pay for return shipping and will exchange the item for the correct item originally ordered. We want our customers to have a pleasant shopping experience which is why we include a size chart and detailed product descriptions for every listing. We also provide images of all products with all necessary details to ensure clarity of color and design. But do keep in mind, due to different screen resolutions, colors may vary on your screen.

If we make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide further instructions to resolve the issue. If a return is approved, you must comply with the following:

• Item must be in original brand new condition with all original packaging. Tags must also be intact and attached to the garment.
• Items must show no signs of being washed, worn, or otherwise modified. Item must also be free of fragrance, odors or stains.

All returns are subject to inspection.
