Place a heaped teaspoon of ground coffee into the Turkish coffee warmer. Add sugar and then water to taste. Mix water, sugar and coffee grounds well (add 1 cup of water for every cup you want). Place Turkish coffee warmer over low heat and slowly allow to brew until foam forms (Remove before boiling as this impairs the taste). Before it starts to boil fully take it off the low heat and distribute the foam into cups. Repeat this process 2-4 times depending on your taste. Once the remaining coffee is close to boiling again, pour into your cup - grounds and all. Allow grounds to settle to the bottom of the cup before drinking.
