Dept 56 Santabear's Mistletoe Wedding Chapel - This is the 1st set in the Santabear Village Series. Released in 2000 this hand painted porcelain lighted building was created exclusively for Marshall Fields. It is a set of 3 including the Wedding Chapel and the Bride and Groom. The set in is excellent condition. 
It includes the original box and styrofoam, however the box has some wear and the top of the box is missing.
