This is the newest version, they don't have the "helicopter" groove mount. They also don't have the "donuts" on the end of the yoke. These have a plastic clip that locks you in to the groove (also lets you slide them left and right for easy spacing). The new yokes have a natural bend in them to keep your guitar from sliding out of the yoke. I do still over the old versions in other auctions for $2 less.
These are great hangers. They are designed to use with 3 inch slat board (pretty much what you see in every guitar store). These hang your guitar facing to the right at a 65 degree angel. If you need some in another direction or angel, let me know, I have them as well. These are made with a "surgical rubber tubing". They don't contain any petroleum, so it will not brake down and dry up. It will not brake down you nitro finishes and give you that melted finish look from the hanger. This is one of the reasons why they cost more, and are the best! Buy in quantity to save your self some money on shipping!On there web site, they are sold for $13.79 each plus shipping. So buying used, you can save a great deal.
