We offer FREE shipping on all Metro VIC/NSW/QLD/SA/WA orders.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Warranty
In the event that a defect or fault is found in respect of a scooter, or part of a cooter, within the 3yr warranty period , you must make a claim in the first instance to the place of purchase of the scooter. If this is not possible, or the consumer wish's to contact us directly - please send the following information to:

- Any supporting pictures (we also accept short videos) - detailing what is wrong with the scooter.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
- Normal wear and tear or exposure to weather conditions over time - inc but no limited to grip, deck tapes, wheels , brakes and bearings.
- Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, alteration, modification or substitution.
- Failure to ensure proper and regular maintenance of the scooter strictly in accordance with Madd Gear instructions.
- Non-observance of any warnings supplied by Madd Gear or detailed on or in the packaging of the scooter
Madd Gear has the right to reject any warranty claim made by a Purchaser - if proof of purchase is not provided. Does not fall within the warranty period. Does not advise Madd Gear in writing within a reasonable timeframe to minimise further problems with the Scooter.
