* HOW TO ORDER *

- Select the product required from the drop down list

- Fill in the required details in the personalisation section 

- Please ensure you check spellings at this stage as it will be copied exactly as you provide. 

- Complete your purchase through the Ebay checkout process

* DELIVERY INFORMATION *

- All items are usually dispatched within 3 days (mostly 1-2 days Monday - Friday)

- Sometimes processing times need to be extended at busy periods, please check individual items where dispatch times will be shown

- We dispatch with either Hermes Tracked 2-3 day service or Royal Mail 2nd Class (usually 48 hours) 

- You can also upgrade to a express shipping service for an additional fee at checkout. This does not change the processing time needed before dispatch. 

- All items are sent wrapped securely to ensure it gets to you safely!

- Please order in plenty of time and do not leave it until the last minute. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping time or delivery delays once the items has left our hands. 

- Please double check your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you. 

* OTHER INFORMATION *

- Colours may vary from those in the pictures due to screen and monitor colour differences.

- Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or an error on our part. Please check the personalisation details carefully.

- Cancellations cannot be made once personalisation has been provided.

- Damages need to be reported within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered on the tracking information. Failure to report the damages quickly will mean we are unable to replace the item. Damages can only be replaced / refunded if the damage happened in transit. Refunds will not be given for general wear and tear once the item has been used.
