Please refer to the Character Position photo to see how each character will be positioned as this is not a customised option for this listing. Please also make sure that you purchase the correct option for the amount of characters you require i.e If you require 3 humans & 2 pets that total amount is 5 characters and you would purchase the 4-5 character option. Maximum amount of Characters allowed is 8 (eight) this includes all humans & pets.

Once we have your selections, we will send you a proof of your print for you to sign off on, once this has been done, we will print and post your print within 48 hours. 

PLEASE NOTE:- If you do not respond to us within 12 hours of the proof being sent we will send as per the photo sent to you. *** This price includes one draft- any additional changes are charged at $5.00 per change/draft (unless it is an error on our behalf). Please make sure you review the draft carefully for errors. Once you have signed off on your draft/preview we are unable to make any additional changes.

All posted prints are A4 SIZE ONLY (UNFRAMED) & printed on high quality 240 or higher GSM photo paper, contained within a protective sleeve with a backing board and sent in a Large Domestic Tracked Australia Post Envelope. ** Please note express post items are sent within a semi rigid mailer with backing board inside an Australia Post Large Envelope.

All items are posted via Australia Post- if you require your item urgently please purchase EXPRESS POST .Please note that we are only able to send to the address entered into ebay at the time of purchase- please do not ask us to change to a different one as the answer will be no (and we hate saying no to our customers)
