With CADDY, a matched set of TWO (2) shakers in U.S. Glass Company’s No. 15030 aka Roman Rosette (circa 1894). Each measures 2" diameter X 3" tall. Glass caddy or castor with center loop handle measures 5 1/2" long X 2 1/2" wide X 4 1/2" tall.  Note: the shakers fit snuggly almost to overfilling the caddy indents. Don’t carry them in place by grasping the handle–display or table-top-sitting with the caddy.

CONDITION: The tops show age and one doesn’t come off (maybe with force, but didn’t try). The glass (all three pieces) is good with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. Mild scuffing and just a tiny bit of cloudiness due to age.

The early American pressed glass process often resulted in items with air bubbles, ash within the glass, annealing and settling lines, and glass overage rim roughness. We consider these flaws “character” rather than actual problems like breaks, chips or cracks. We thoroughly describe all real issues and attempt to mention the most obviously seen bubbles and lines.
