We will not accept return as broken or not described then you have to prove this as any issues with main board or backlight or even panel it self sometimes really difficult to figured out even with all right equipment.

We do not charge for handling that is why there is will be 20% restocking fee and shipping is on you when you return this board.

We can also offer a repair service of your old one if needed.  Please, read this before buying.

You have to match the part number.

The board most likely will be blown if your Xsus board is blown and recommended to change both. My board will be tested before shipped and video will be recorded with test.

This board also gets blown because of solder microcracks and we have seen them on brand new board so the boards will be re-flowed in most important spots.

Really important to re-tight loose screws  by hand.

So if you get the same error code it does not mean the board is not like described. It means there is another board that is the cause of the error code.
