Here is the window switches for the 00-04 Toyota Avalon.  No cracks or breaks in these.  Woodgrain bezels look ok.  All of the snaps are there and none are broken.  These was checked before we started stripping the car and they was working.  Check out the pics good and make sure these are exactly what you need before you buy them.  They are sold as is, all sales are final.  No returns.  We ship world wide.  Check out my other listings, we have lots of used parts to sell.
