Payment
We are now following eBay’s updated Payment/Unpaid items
rules. Payment for purchased items must
be completed within 3 days. Please email
us with any requests for special invoicing (combined shipping, tax free-a tax
ID is required, etc…), so that we can make sure that you receive the correct
pricing. State and Local taxes are applied by eBay automatically
and accordingly.
Shipping
1. Packages are typically shipped within 24
hours of payment receipt (We Ship Tuesday – Saturday; Not on Holidays).
2. Per eBay Policy, we cannot ship anything to an alternate
address. If you want your package to go to a different address, please make
sure that address is verified via PayPal and selected when you pay for your
item.
3. If you purchase more than one item within 72 hours of
each other and would like those items sent together, please request a combined
shipping invoice for those items. Do not pay for any of the
items until you are finished with your purchases and we have sent you a new
combined shipping invoice. Papa Hawk Sports reserves
the right to limit the number of items packaged together based on size and how
fragile the item is.
5. Please note, that once shipped, Papa Hawk Sports has no control
over the actual shipping time. You will receive an email stating when your item
was shipped and you will be given a tracking number.
