This building is pressure treated and Tanalised to stop it from rotting, with a good quality water repellant this building comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee. All buildings come with a floor but will need a solid level base to be assembled on, concrete base or concrete flags are ideal. If you don't have a base please contact the office for a price on a timber framed base that we can level out on the day on any surface
