Upgrade Servo Mount + Battery Brace Holder for Associated RC10 Gold Pan Buggy

This is a combined battery holder/servo post. Based around the measurements of period-correct servos such as the Futaba FP S-148. Modern servos should fit as well, but you might have to shave off a little something from the side facing the servo.

The battery holder accepts batteries with 44 mm maximum width and will also work with the standard battery brace.

The little square plate can take a second screw (align with servo/battery first, then use a permanent marker to mark that hole), if there is enough space under your servo.

This post was designed to align the servo with the original front post, as the gold pan has a ledge where the nosepiece and the main pan are connected.
