Vintage Silver-Tone St Joseph/Angel Standing w/Child Medal by L Penin - Poncet. The medal is marked on the front "Penin & Poncet" at the bottom front and "L. Penin A Lyon" on the back under where the Angel and Child are standing as best I could get in images. It is not marked Sterling or anything else so we are not sure what type material this is.
