I am a hobby and DIY enthusiast and have been making my own scenery for myself for a number of years now, and model painting for over 30 years. My passion is Warhammer 40K and the Dark Angels Chapter in particular (as you can see from a lot of my product pictures!).
As well as a growing collection of infantry bases and various markers, I have designed two distinct product lines, namely the Urban Skirmish modular terrain system and the Rural Battles terrain collection. The Urban Skirmish system is designed for those gamers who prefer to play their games in a war-torn urban setting, whilst the Rural Battles collection is for games set in a rural environment. Some elements from each system are compatible with the other.
Modular Forest/Rocky Terrain Bases
'Rural Battles' is an expanding scenery and terrain range consisting of natural terrain features, roads, defensive structures and infantry bases, aimed at 28mm scale wargame systems, such as Games Workshop's Warhammer 40K, Mantic Warpath and many others.
These terrain bases are ideal for games such as Warhammer 40K, Mantic Warpath, Epic 40K and similar games. They are designed to be used as either rocky outcrops or forest features or a combination of both (see images below). Available in a variety of different sizes. Each set comes complete with enough laser cut mdf inserts to allow the bases to be used as either a rock outcrop or forest base.
Each base is made from 6mm MDF. They are all randomly shaped with profiled edges. The 3mm deep depressions are randomly placed, meaning no two sets will ever be completely the same. Each set includes twice as many laser cut inserts as depressions. The painted options are randomly textured with a selection of random rock outcrops. They are supplied with a full set of plain textured inserts and rock outcrop inserts. All finished off with random patches of 2mm static grass.
Each base measures as follows:
Small x2: The Larger of the two bases measures approximately 175x150mm, with the smaller measuring 175x120mm. Supplied with a total of 10 40mm inserts.
Medium x1: Measures approximately 255x200mm. Supplied with a total of 10 40mm inserts.
Large x1: Measures approximately 175x330mm. Supplied with a total of 8 40mm inserts.
Large x2: The larger of the two bases measures approximately 230x330mm, with the smaller base measuring 240x230mm. Supplied with a total of 10 60mm inserts and 12 40mm inserts.
As all products are hand painted, the exact finish and shade may differ from that shown in the images.

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason then please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of your purchased goods.
You will be required, at your expense, to return the goods in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging. Once the goods have been returned I will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.
