HOW TO PERSONALISE

Please follow the steps below to personalise your order

1. PLACE AND ORDER

Confirm the Number of cards and Envelope colour, then proceed to place your order on eBay

2. CREATE YOUR DESIGN

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order form. Please follow the instructions on the email to submit your details. Check the Spam / Junk folder if the email is not in your inbox. If you have not received an email within 1 hour of placing your order please contact us through eBay and we will advise how to proceed.

3. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN

Our team will send proofs by eBay messaging, you can work with the team on any changes until you are 100% happy for us to proceed to print.

4. DISPATCH & DEIVERY

Once a design has been approved we aim to print, package and dispatch your order the following working day. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 24. This service generally delivers within 1 to 2 working days
