This is a vintage, Smith-Victor, Griffith Indiana, 4 lamp bar light. Comes w/ original metal case and box. Tested. All bulb outlets working. Will need one new bulb, however I would suggest all new ones. Will ship in original box to save on shipping costs. Thanks!
