For sale here is a collection of mostly WW2 German stamps with some Weimar and Post WW2 East German Stamps thrown in.  They all appear to be cancelled and show envelope removal, but all are in good shape.  I am not a stamp guy.  These came out of a militaria collection.  Look at the pictures and hopefully they will answer all of your questions.
