Clogs come and go but we don't want it to be the case with our tool. We don't expect our customers to purchase a new tool everytime a clog occurs because the tool broke down. With that said, a lifetime guarentee is extended with the purchase of the DrainX 25ft Drug Auger Tool. How to Use: Step (1) Loosen the thumbscrew Step (2) Once the thumbscrew is loosened, pull the snake out and insert it into your drain until the clog is reached. You don’t want the tool sitting on the rim of your drain yet. Please make sure there is 4-5 inches of space between the tool and drain once the snake is inserted. Step (3) With the snake inserted, tighten the thumbscrew and turn the drum clockwise using the Knob. This will force the snake to go further into your drain pipe causing a cleaning action. If done properly the tool will sit on the rim of your drain once you have rotated the container a few times. Step (4) Once the tool is sitting on the rim of your drain, loosen the thumbscrew and pull the drum back while the snake is still inserted into your drain. Doing so will bring you back to step 3. Note: It is not recommended to use this drum auger to clear a toilet clog as the snake may damage the porcelain. In addition, the 1/4 diameter drain snake may get twisted inside the large diameter of the toilet drain.

Cancellation

Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. If you need to cancel after your hour expires, you will have to follow the steps laid out in the return policy, once the item arrives.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your purchase, to return it for refund, subject to the following conditions:

"The date you received your purchase" means, specifically, the date the carrier has on record that they delivered the package to your house. If you are not certain of this date, check online with the tracking number, to see what date is on record for the delivery.

The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. We will not allow a refund unless the date occurs before the 30 days have elapsed, so it is important that you act promptly, or else we cannot guarantee the refund. In this case, we may refuse the returned package.

ALL returns, regardless of reason, must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, UNLESS the packaging was so badly damaged in shipment that they are no longer usable for that purpose.  IF THIS is the case with your shipment, we will need PHOTOS of the damaged package.  You should take these photos from several different angles, BEFORE you try to open it.

Return unsatisfactory products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you just changed your mind, you can return the product, and you must pay for return shipping, and we will also charge back the original shipping that we already paid when we shipped your item. And you must return the item in new or unused, unopened, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.        

All returns must be requested through eBay, for return authorization and shipping address. Please note, never send a return without opening a return request, as the return address is different from the original shipping facility address.

Undeliverable package

The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
