These are new old stock capacitors. I have used them on a number of projects. They easily handle 100 watts of RF in a Low Pass Filter. They are also excellent for vacuum tube audio amplifiers for tone control and guitar amplifiers.
High voltage Silver Mica capacitors are expensive so these offer the home constructor an economical alternative as well as the opportunity for restoring vintage equipment.
There are three types all virtually identical - the TCC CM20 has flat leads and a waxy finish, the Dubilier 635 and 5112 have round leads and a dry finish. All values of a particular type have the same appearance so I have simplified the variation photos.
