Mamiya extension cord for electronic cable release, for the RZ PRO IID, RZ PRO II, RZ, 645 PRO TL, 645 PRO bodies! The extension cord was made for use in conjunction with the RZ shift/tilt adapter, when the S/T adapter is attached, there's only a narrow gap between the body and the adapter, so this extension cord was required if electronic cable release is going to be used.
