Shipment
After receipt of payment (purchase price + deposit), the order will be sent to you!

Return of the old cores
Return of the old cores
You must send us your old cores back (buyer pays shipping cost for the old cores).

Deposit refund
After receiving your old part, your deposit will be refunded to you within 3-4 days.

Our deposit system

Step 1 You buy an item which requires deposit payment such as injectors.

Step 2 First you have to pay the full purchase amount of the article on Ebay. After that you have to pay the deposit. You can transfer the deposit money via PayPal or bank transfer. If you want to pay the deposit via PayPal, first log in to your PayPal account, then go to “Send money/Pay for goods and services” option, enter our email address (see imprint) and pay the deposit which is 50 Euros per injector. If you don’t have any PayPal account you can also pay through bank transfer. The bank details will be sent to you after you purchased the item via Ebay.

Step 3 After paying the deposit, your order will be sent to you.

Step 4 You will receive a return form in the package of your order. When you send your old injectors please fill out this return form and put it into your package with your old injectors. The shipping costs of the old injectors should be covered by the customer. And the old parts should be sent to us within 15 business day after you receive your order.

Step 5 After we receive your old injectors, you will get your deposit back within 3-4 business days.

Disclaimer of liability

In the case of sales contracts between entrepreneurs, the seller assumes no guarantee, assurance, quality agreement or other liability for the object of purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed in this contract.

This exclusion of liability does not apply to claims for damages - regardless of the legal reason - if the seller acts with intent or fraudulently.

The deposit will be refunded after receipt of the old part.
Old parts must be sent to us in full, without any external damage and in a recyclable condition.

Security deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the old part.
All parts must be returned to us without damage and in a recyclable condition.
