 Welcome to this listing for a Brand New replacement Turbo wastegate insert sleeve to fit the 1.6 D Bi Turbochargers used on the Vauxhall and Renault range of vehicles.

This insert sleeve is fitted between the turbochargers at the diverter flange and is installed to allow the actuator wastegate penny to seal.

It is important that you ensure the turbocharger part number on your unit matches the numbers in this listing. There can be more than one CHRA for a specific vehicle, so this is the only way to ensure the correct fitment. Typically, the serial number is found on the alloy inlet housing of the turbocharger. Follow the pipe from the air filter to the turbo - the housing the pipe attached to is the compressor housing. On this housing should be a metal tag, or the numbers could also be found on a machined face.

Please ensure you are 100% certain you have ordered the correct part, if you are unsure, send us the vehicle REG or a list of the numbers on the turbo (or a picture) and we will confirm the unit for you. Turbo Rebuild cannot be held responsible for units ordered incorrectly.
