10ths anniversary release of this Classic Animated movie that sold alot of people in the west on Japanese animation, very violent, exquisite hand drawn animation from the artists at the height of their talent.
Extras include original language, I think disc 2 is the widescreen version and disc 1 is standard, all the extras are the same shared between both dvds.
There is interviews with the American voice cast, and interview with the director Yoshiaki Kawajiri, some trailers, there are character profiles and some historical contexts to do with where the main character was drawn from real history.
the Dvds work perfectly fine in a standard TV with DVD player. the cardboard sleeve is showing some age and has the remnants of a sticker on the spine.
