I ran a mall kiosk from 1998 and 2000 but due these cards were never sold, displayed or handled. They have been in the stock box since and are pristine. No handling or other issues and would be shocked if they were rated less than 9 and that is due to the original manufacturer.

I consolidate shipping for multiple items and refund differences. They are already in penny sleeves and will put in a cardboard sleeve then into a hard envelope.
