Shipping: We offer free shipping and package tracking in the domestic United States. We typically ship the same or next business day of payment (see our feedback about our quick shipments!).  Book and other media orders are usually shipped via USPS Media Mail. USPS Media Mail deliveries should arrive within 2-9 business days (M-F) from the ship date excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, PR, FPO and APO address locations (service in these locations varies and may be excluded). Expedited shipping is often available ... please inquire before purchase.  There may be an additional fee for expedited shipping services.

International Purchases: International buyers are responsible for all customs taxes, fees and charges imposed by the destination country.

Photos: The photos displayed may be stock photos provided by eBay, the manufacturer, or the publisher and serve only as an illustrative visual aid. The photos may not be of the exact item for sale and should not be relied upon as the basis for edition, condition or specs.  Please see the condition and any descriptive comments provided or message us through eBay.

Returns: Our goal is to provide every customer with a hassle-free buying experience.  In the event there is a problem with an order, please contact us through eBay within 30 days of purchase.  For defective items, we will pay the postage to return the item.  Return shipping for these items is free.  Non-defective returns will be assessed the cost of shipping and any eBay fees plus a 20% restocking fee.  All items must be returned in their original purchased condition with any manuals, accessories, discs, etc. consistent with eBay's Item Condition Policy for Returns.

Customer Service: Please contact us via eBay should there be questions or concerns regarding an order. Although usually much quicker, our response time for email inquiries could be as much as 24 to 48 hours or 2 business days (M-F).
