We know that this will fit your classic Honda CBR 900 RR FIREBLADE With 1 petrol fuel outlet to feed your carburettors and a vacuum pipe as well as a syphon tube filter.

CHECK THAT YOUR BIKE HAS THE TAP WITH TWO CONNECTIONS. ONE FOR VACUUM.

IF YOUR TAP LOOKS LIKE THE ONE IN THE LAST PICTURE OF THIS LISTING THEN THIS IS NOT THE TAP FOR YOUR BIKE.

NOTE... The plastic lever on the new tap can be easily removed and replaced with your original.

This is a brand new reproduced fuel tap to replace the original Honda part number 16950-MWO-790 and it has the following settings... ON, OFF, RESERVE.

This tap also has the internal screen filter just like the original Honda part.

The fuel outlet on this tap is on the LEFT hand side of this tap and the original has the outlet on the rear. See our images for the difference.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS TAP UNLESS YOU HAVE LOOKED AT YOUR TAP AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS TAP IS DIFFERENT AS IT HAS A LEFT FUEL OUTLET.

You will need to reroute your petrol pipe.

The casting of my taps is superb and they are all checked for smooth operation before dispatch.

Please take a good look at the pictures of my taps and see if you can find better castings elsewhere!

Don't mess about trying to reseal your old original fuel tap. We've tried all that and it just doesn't last. They generally leak through the front or don't flow petrol or even flow continuously because the vacuum part of the tap has given up.

Genuine seal kits are expensive too and cost as much as this new tap.

Apart from that it's not worth wasting time even trying to fix them because they usually get so corroded inside it's not worth it when you can buy something like this from us!

OK so this tap not original Honda but it is a much cheaper alternative than trying to get an original one and the quality of this is superb.

Our taps are as good as you are going to buy, I've searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes plus other classic bikes that are just right and these are the best!

I personally check each tap before dispatch for any casting errors and tightness of the tap. These ones click really nicely in between the settings.

To date, we have had NO returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer.

Technical specifications:

These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!... and binned them!

Also they are not within the nearest 1cm etc that you may find non UK suppliers quoting!

This will be a direct fit on your bike.

Connection to fuel line suits 8mm internal bore fuel pipe.

We recommend that you change your old fuel pipe to new E5 and E10 resistant heavy wall thickness petrol pipe. We sell good quality pipe if needed. Just see our other listings

Our taps are obviously supplied with an O ring seal too.

We wouldn't recommend removing this tap once it's fitted and sealed so we recommend that you fit an inline filter too.
