Sundance was a 650-room hotel and casino located on 301 Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. Opening in 1980, the hotel was owned by Moe Dalitz. It closed in 1987 after being forced by the Gaming Commission to sell to become the Fitzgerald's, and later The D in 2012.

Although the hotel was owned by Moe Dalitz, it was normally run by Herb Pastor and Al Sachs, who ran Sundance West, which possibly inspired the hotel's name and logo.
