Photograph Notes: There were just a few of these butterflies here - along a wall - and they were very restless, even as the temperature dropped slightly in the early evening. If one settled for a moment there'd only be a second or two to find it in the viewfinder and zoom in. It took me about 45 minutes to get a few acceptable shots. The success rate (just keeping the insect in the frame!) did improve over time - perhaps because I began to 'get the hang of things' - but more likely because the air was cooling down.
